We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Yes, you can change or cancel an order that has already been submitted, unless it’s being fulfilled. Click the Change order button on the Orders page and edit the products and shipping options from there.
